อัมบูยัต (Ambuyat) เป็น อาหารยอดนิยมของบรูไน มีลักษณะเด่นคือ เหนียวข้นคล้ายข้าวต้มหรือโจ๊ก มีแป้งสาคูเป็นส่วนผสมหลัก อัมบูยัตโดยตัวเองไม่มีรสชาติแต่ความอร่อยอยู่ที่การจิ้มกับซอสเปรี้ยว นอกจากนี้ยังมีเครื่องเคียงอีก 2-3 ชนิดที่นิยมรับประทานคู่กัน เช่น เนื้อห่อใบตองย่าง เนื้อทอด
